Men’s Fitness
Every man is different – but we are all athletes.  Jayme’s workouts for men build strength, stamina, and speed.  Losing weight is a benefit.  Fitness is the goal.   Jayme personally designs each program based on a free fitness assessment.  With a complete personal exercise routine men get the right calories, build muscle and lose weight.  You feel great and energized.

Teen Fitness
Fitness for teens should be fun, energetic and empowering.  Workout habits turn into lifestyles and affect choices and opportunities for young adults.  Teen fitness is about unlocking your potential, discovering your abilities and growing as a person and an athlete.  Jayme very much enjoys working with young adults and focuses on motivation, creating body-mind alignment and pressure-free top level performance.  Jayme’s breadth of experience helps young adults to develop strength, flexibility and confidence for a lifetime.

Jayme is the creator of ViM, a workout series generating vitality in the body and mind. ViM is a vigorous fitness discipline blending interval and resistance training with a yoga and meditation practice. Programs are custom designed for clients in both group and private sessions.

Private sessions enable clients to reach personalized goals faster with maximum results. Each client’s program targets weakness and imbalances to bring vitality back to the body and mind. Advanced participants become their strongest self. Half-Hour, 1-Hour and 2-hour sessions available. Private rates start at $50 per session.

ViM, as a group fitness program and/or boot camp, is energetic and motivating. Various programs are designed incorporating all fitness levels, with options designed to push advanced participants to the
peak of body and mind connection. ViM is sculpting, strength, cardio, agility, yoga and meditation. It’s specialized to get you fit! Rates start at $15 per session.
